Blizzard Brings Back Pink Mercy Skin for Overwatch 2, Adds New Rose Gold Version
Blizzard Entertainment is bringing back the popular Pink Mercy skin for Overwatch 2 after six years. They’re also introducing a new Rose Gold Mercy skin. Both skins will be available from June 25 to July 8, and all proceeds (minus fees and taxes) will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
The original Pink Mercy skin, first released in 2018, was a big hit, raising $12.7 million for breast cancer research. It features bright pink wings and special effects, making it a favorite among Mercy players.
Blizzard’s president, Johanna Faries, said they’re excited to support BCRF again. With Overwatch now having over 100 million players, they hope the community will rally for this important cause.
You can get the original Pink Mercy skin for $15 or a bundle with the new Rose Gold Mercy skin for $20. The Rose Gold version has rose gold accents and pink-tipped hair, updating the classic look. It’s designed to appeal to both old fans and new players.
Blizzard is also planning buffs and improvements for Mercy in the next season, making her even more powerful in the game.
This campaign shows Blizzard’s ongoing commitment to supporting breast cancer research through gaming. It’s a chance for players to contribute to a good cause while enjoying cool new skins in Overwatch.
If you missed out on Pink Mercy before, now’s your chance to get it and support breast cancer research. Don’t miss out on this limited-time opportunity from June 25 to July 8!
