Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone Season 5 Brings WWE Superstars and New Content
Season 5 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone is launching on July 24. This update brings WWE superstars Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes, and Rey Mysterio to the game. Players can expect new maps, modes, and features across Modern Warfare III, Warzone, and Warzone Mobile.
Two new 6v6 maps are coming: Bait and Yard. Bait is in Florida with poolside huts and a boat house, while Yard is a dusty junkyard in the Sonoran Desert with a unique cel-shaded look.
Three popular maps-Shipment, Rust, and Stash House-also get cel-shaded versions called Celship, Toonoxide, and Ink House.
New multiplayer modes are also added. Slam Deathmatch, starting on July 31, lets players finish off enemies with WWE-style moves. COD Warrior mode has three teams of two competing in quick mini-games with different goals.
The last zombies mission arrives mid-season. Players will face the Entity in a new Dark Aether area, using special launch pads to move around and avoid zombies. Completing this mission unlocks a cinematic ending and the first piece needed for a new Dark Aether Rift.
Warzone gets the return of the Atlas Superstore in Urzikstan, a place filled with loot and intense battles. New modes like Supreme Resurgence, Bounty Contest, and Redeploy Drone offer new challenges and rewards.
Season 5 introduces new weapons, aftermarket parts, and the EMP Grenade, which disrupts enemy electronics. Players can earn rewards through in-game events and challenges, including the WWE SummerSlam event.
PlayStation Plus members get exclusive content like the Season 5 Combat Pack with unique Operator Skins and weapon blueprints.
