This year’s International Yoga Day featured many celebrities sharing their yoga experiences. Bollywood star Deepika Padukone’s prenatal yoga routine was particularly notable, providing useful tips for staying healthy during pregnancy.
Deepika Padukone, who is very dedicated to staying fit, has included yoga in her routine, especially during her pregnancy.
With the help of her yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani, Deepika follows a yoga plan designed to keep both her and her baby healthy throughout each trimester.
Anshuka says, “We are considering everything very carefully since she is pregnant.”
In a recent interview, Anshuka talked about their approach, saying, “Each trimester brings different changes and challenges. We adjust her yoga practice to make sure she stays comfortable and healthy. It’s not just about how she looks; it’s about caring for her well-being from the inside out.”

Hema Malini celebrated International Yoga Day in Mathura, showcasing yoga’s cultural significance.
