Pop star Sabrina Carpenter is gearing up for her Short n’ Sweet North American tour this fall, set to launch on September 23, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio.

The tour will traverse major arenas across the United States and Canada, with notable stops including Madison Square Garden in New York and the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The tour will feature opening acts Amaarae, Griff, and Declan McKenna at select shows, adding an eclectic mix to the concert experience.

In conjunction with the tour, Carpenter has partnered with PLUS1 to establish the Sabrina Carpenter Fund, supporting mental health, animal welfare, and LGBTQ+ causes.

Coinciding with the tour is the release of Carpenter’s sixth studio album, Short n’ Sweet, scheduled for August 23, 2024.

The album includes her chart-topping singles “Please Please Please” and “Espresso.” Remarkably, these tracks have positioned Carpenter as the first solo artist to have two songs simultaneously in the top three of the Billboard Hot 100, with “Please Please Please” debuting at No. 2 and “Espresso” climbing to No. 3.

The music video for “Please Please Please” features actor Barry Keoghan, Carpenter’s real-life boyfriend, and showcases a cinematic narrative. Co-written with Amy Allen, the song has been a pivotal part of her recent success.

Ahead of her tour, she made a notable appearance on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, performing Chappell Roan’s Good Luck, Babe! along with her own hits “Please Please Please” and “Espresso.”

Her interpretation of Roan’s song was particularly well-received, highlighting her range and connection to fellow artists.

Additionally, Carpenter was the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live,” hosted by Jake Gyllenhaal. She performed “Espresso” and a medley of “Feather” and “Nonsense” from her 2022 deluxe album “Emails I Can’t Send Fwd:”. She also took part in a Scooby-Doo-themed skit, showcasing her versatility as a performer.
